COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toshiba VFS9S-2004PL-WN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyoda products, including obsoleted and phased-out Xenko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyoda such as the MC256A014090MC256CMC256S020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PPR13SHERCULES manufactured by Xenko and we are pleased to be able to service most Xenko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CACRPRA5AC4ER by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner-Swasey Brand 53515037J in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as VT130G9U2110 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HKD3400 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular CIMRVU4A0023FAA original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CACRSR15SZ1SDY214 by Yaskawa and VT130G9U2110 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CMPRFD05B0B30 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
