COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toshiba TS 4062N402E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kubler-Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kubler-Turck such as the T858203KCC3600 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM45M3000DG60KT500 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SGMS15A6ABG by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kanagawa Brand TG6A36 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGMG30A2AB equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SGMGH75A2AYR14 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular TF38TZ10SMS5 original spares produced by Schroeder Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMPH01A1AYR11 by Yaskawa and SGMG30A2AB spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SGMG09A2RCS Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
