COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toshiba SR9CPU2-G1,CPU2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ab-Dick product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the YB161102BE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the USAFED09YR21 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 348055G by Manufacturer Ab-Dick as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Acpd-Limited Brand MICRO2PS1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Acdc such as RE754B23320002 equipment made by Acdc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Acdc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Acdc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RSF502B23000065 made by Acdc as well as the popular VX6RRSUSMQW6B5D3H4K7FCETAXTDC0 original spares produced by L-X-É Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RM164B2449 by Acdc and RE754B23320002 spares by Acdc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K01601 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aaon. |
