COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toshiba Q74110IARD Q7 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Volkman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vacon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Volkman such as the VED20020CA8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 25100017 manufactured by Vacon and we are pleased to be able to service most Vacon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 44P01F by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Westinghouse Brand MA72004020N1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tox-Pressotechnik such as EPMK005060200001 equipment made by Tox-Pressotechnik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tox-Pressotechnik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tox-Pressotechnik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RK596AA made by Vexta as well as the popular CACRSR03BE12GE original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRG5M5011 by Yaskawa and EPMK005060200001 spares by Tox-Pressotechnik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
