COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toshiba MIG400J101H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ishida products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nikki-Densko parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Techniques product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ishida such as the P5299 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NPSAZMTA201AE manufactured by Nikki-Densko and we are pleased to be able to service most Nikki-Densko systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MX1600CE by Manufacturer Control-Techniques as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand MRS1240AE01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mtl-Measurement-Technology such as MTL688 equipment made by Mtl-Measurement-Technology have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PM100CHS060 made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular MMPM504T0 original spares produced by Modicon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NPSA15NN50 by Actus-Power and MTL688 spares by Mtl-Measurement-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSNAE55101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metasys.
