COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toshiba G7 VT130G7U2270 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Woodward product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT130G12270U manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5464458 by Manufacturer Woodward as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand CACRSR05BB1BFH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as Z1C1B004 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VT130G3U2270 made by Toshiba as well as the popular CACRSR44SZ1SDY38 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BRA400025BFI by Vectron and Z1C1B004 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PPR13SHERCULES Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Xenko. |
