COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toshiba CPU1G003 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nematron-Corp product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the GP430EG11 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FD2A02TRRN20 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EPCP15TT2101XAA0C45 by Manufacturer Nematron-Corp as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Flowserve Brand CSCPX1750ECXVS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Fuji such as FMD3AC21A equipment made by Fuji have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DS3800NFCD1O1H made by Abb as well as the popular DS3800HSCD1G original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E0105653423 by Okuma and FMD3AC21A spares by Fuji are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HFB3070WST1A1B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
