COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toshiba BY752FLF2UP parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out T+r-Electronic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Gtr-Brother product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the BSM6R2175B5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AE65M manufactured by T+r-Electronic and we are pleased to be able to service most T+r-Electronic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BG31M18010TK4A by Manufacturer Gtr-Brother as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Nsk Brand BS0408FN012 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as BSM100N3240AFP equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BMH0754N1TA1C made by Num as well as the popular ACSM10050860B original spares produced by Santec-Automation Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AKM42JEKC2201 by Danaher and BSM100N3240AFP spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B402BA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
