COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toshiba ACTS40B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yakasawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Waco product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yakasawa such as the 15356994511 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WFC50250C manufactured by Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TSE8ATGM200 by Manufacturer Waco as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand CMPRFD05B0B30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Volkman such as VED20019BAG44T equipment made by Volkman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Volkman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Volkman" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CACRSR20BE12M made by Yaskawa as well as the popular CFW700A03P6T4DBN1 original spares produced by Weg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CACRHR15BBY81 by Yaskawa and VED20019BAG44T spares by Volkman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1D77502G015880C09G02REV19 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse. |
