COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toshiba 0052SDSR41A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Triconex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trio-Motion-Technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Triconex such as the 3000602100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 16I0 manufactured by Trio-Motion-Technology and we are pleased to be able to service most Trio-Motion-Technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SR9BUF2 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand VFP1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Triangle such as 90WB8011AA equipment made by Triangle have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triangle products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triangle" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CQPI3D200C2PA made by Total-Control as well as the popular GC50 original spares produced by Toyoda

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TD5250124211000 by Turck and 90WB8011AA spares by Triangle are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RU40U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck.
