COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Torrington 45SBB72 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Videojet parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Watts-Fluldalr-Inc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner such as the 5200452005 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 985Lx2W manufactured by Videojet and we are pleased to be able to service most Videojet systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L60612GJM8 by Manufacturer Watts-Fluldalr-Inc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Usem Brand U15P2D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Us-Motor such as CBN3253SB3100U56 equipment made by Us-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Motor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5200101010 made by Warner as well as the popular BG1160P8M40 original spares produced by Tsubaki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 30398803 by Universal-Instruments and CBN3253SB3100U56 spares by Us-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 40510005 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner. |
