COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Torque-hub 114990, N11500406, 16-A-535 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Winsmith product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the L226867 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 930MDT manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 935MDSN5DLR132B1435 by Manufacturer Winsmith as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner Brand 5300541004 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Universal-Instruments such as 30398801 equipment made by Universal-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Universal-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Universal-Instruments" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RS140CB made by U.s.-Tsubaki as well as the popular 943MDNS32000FF943MDN50R145TC original spares produced by Winsmith Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IKC40MS by Toshiba and 30398801 spares by Universal-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GVFD114 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Torrington. |
