COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Torque Systems MT2130-121AE parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Smc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rossi-Motorduttori parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Rexroth product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Smc such as the MRQBS3215CAF79LXN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS85L30A manufactured by Rossi-Motorduttori and we are pleased to be able to service most Rossi-Motorduttori systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSM030C0300NNM0C by Manufacturer Rexroth as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand MPLB1520UEJ72AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rossi-Electric such as MRICI64UO3AHR2140FC1A503 equipment made by Rossi-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rossi-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rossi-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD115DN020N2M130PA2 made by Indramat as well as the popular mke115H3C original spares produced by Emerson Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPLB1520FVX216 by Allen-Bradley and MRICI64UO3AHR2140FC1A503 spares by Rossi-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
