COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Torque Systems BMR4045DSP00CSB015 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Total-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tumac parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tosoku product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Total-Control such as the OC250DEM001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHTB20D manufactured by Tumac and we are pleased to be able to service most Tumac systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HC111 by Manufacturer Tosoku as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand IK541 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Triconex such as PU024U equipment made by Triconex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triconex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triconex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P28001119 made by Trio-Motion-Technology as well as the popular DCW3032089B original spares produced by Toyota Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 562765 by Tyco and PU024U spares by Triconex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UT655D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toyo. |
