COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Topworx DXP-E419NEB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turn-Act products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trumpf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tox-Pressotechnik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turn-Act such as the 02114100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 102620 manufactured by Trumpf and we are pleased to be able to service most Trumpf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EPMK2530250 by Manufacturer Tox-Pressotechnik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Torque-Systems Brand MS400A10T2N12ZZ28TSFCFM3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Totalcomp such as CSP1B10100K30S5 equipment made by Totalcomp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Totalcomp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Totalcomp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PU013U made by Triconex as well as the popular B106BE100988 original spares produced by Tucker Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TFTXXXXXLIA by Total-Control and CSP1B10100K30S5 spares by Totalcomp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 150m53 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tramco. |
