COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ton-tex 82X2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued U-S-Gear-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Veyance product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader U-S-Gear-Motor such as the E434 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1LD99 manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 14GTR99437 by Manufacturer Veyance as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Winsmith Brand 935 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsubaki such as BG896P8M40 equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 110382 made by Von-Ruden as well as the popular 920CDTK original spares produced by Winsmith

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OTN26D5AS1B53GMT184TS by Us-Gearmotors and BG896P8M40 spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original H140B11F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki.
