COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tolomatic TKS10BN08 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tri-sen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Trumpf product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the JBBS7E812 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DM305 manufactured by Tri-sen and we are pleased to be able to service most Tri-sen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 18067400B by Manufacturer Trumpf as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand NI60K90SRVP4X2W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsubaki such as HMTA7538L10LBQ equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available IM1451EXR made by Turck as well as the popular FMMS4 original spares produced by Trd-Bimba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 115789 by Trumpf and HMTA7538L10LBQ spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WDCH10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toray. |
