COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tolomatic RSA32BN02SK24RP2FFGBFGALCMETXJ parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Trumpf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyopuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Topworx product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Trumpf such as the 1278019 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AD1 manufactured by Toyopuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyopuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7E33658DCA by Manufacturer Topworx as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toyota Brand BRC3A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toyo-Denki such as QT39968 equipment made by Toyo-Denki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyo-Denki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyo-Denki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CVSF0342HDA0100000000 made by Trane as well as the popular B3SD15 original spares produced by Tol-o-matic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PC3JDCPU by Toyopuc and QT39968 spares by Toyo-Denki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 355601 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tol-o-matic. |
