COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tolomatic MXE25PBN08SK1.500RFL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Trumpf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Torino parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Total product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Trumpf such as the PSB100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BG18 manufactured by Torino and we are pleased to be able to service most Torino systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPI2D100L2PF by Manufacturer Total as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand BI5P18Y0X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Turbines such as F110P equipment made by Turbines have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Turbines products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Turbines" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Bi20RW30SAP6XH1141 made by Turck as well as the popular TASC500 original spares produced by Trumpf Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TSB50 by Tsubaki and F110P spares by Turbines are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A02H2048BC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
