COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tolomatic MXB16P parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Trans-tek products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trumpf parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Triac-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Trans-tek such as the 0605S422111 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0517340001 manufactured by Trumpf and we are pleased to be able to service most Trumpf systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ETI2600 by Manufacturer Triac-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand CDNIOM0010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Topvision such as LA005 equipment made by Topvision have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Topvision products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Topvision" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 11001476 made by Tr-Electronic as well as the popular 1112523B3 original spares produced by Topworx Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PU026U by Triconex and LA005 spares by Topvision are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KRF136APT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trans-coil-Inc. |
