COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tolomatic ERD06SN16SM17LMISS23IP7 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Total-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Topaz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Total-Control such as the JHMI10300A2P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WFA01500RSAA manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9100111 by Manufacturer Topaz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Trio-Motion-Technology Brand P28001188 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Traub such as CCFD12071 equipment made by Traub have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Traub products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Traub" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EWIN14SEPN made by Triac as well as the popular 2N3A2315D original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 97900878 by Triangle and CCFD12071 spares by Traub are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QPI31200C2PB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Total-Control. |
