COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tolomatic BCS10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Trans-Power products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tolomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tol-o-matic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Trans-Power such as the TPVG43 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GSA12 manufactured by Tolomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tolomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACSV2048ED by Manufacturer Tol-o-matic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tool-o-matic Brand BCES11107 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tol-o-matic such as 36006155 equipment made by Tol-o-matic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tol-o-matic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tol-o-matic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available VF7 made by Toshiba as well as the popular MC1E0E3S original spares produced by Trio

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Rodless by Tol-o-matic and 36006155 spares by Tol-o-matic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 751002F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsi-Aerotrak.
