COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tolomatic B3S15-BN05-SK12-LMI-TS2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Triconex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Triconex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Total product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Triconex such as the PU021U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PU010U manufactured by Triconex and we are pleased to be able to service most Triconex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPI2D100L2PF by Manufacturer Total as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand CSFX36CC3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trio-Motion-Technology such as P862 equipment made by Trio-Motion-Technology have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trio-Motion-Technology products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trio-Motion-Technology" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSP40S made by Tol-o-matic as well as the popular BC210 original spares produced by Tool-O-Matic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the bcs15bn05sk8lmiflxy by Tol-o-matic and P862 spares by Trio-Motion-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ARNI889 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
