COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tolomatic B3B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyoda products, including obsoleted and phased-out True-Torq parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Trd product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyoda such as the 3920045022 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TAR manufactured by True-Torq and we are pleased to be able to service most True-Torq systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 67706 by Manufacturer Trd as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toshiba Brand 22L21500R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as VFP1 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CRTXXXXXM1A made by Total-Control as well as the popular RIK original spares produced by Trutzschler Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3000163300 by Triconex and VFP1 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FCID03A4NAH1141 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck. |
