COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tolomatic 2260200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toyo product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner such as the 5161271013 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 930MDSN10DLR100B1428 manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EPR68TK32x35 by Manufacturer Toyo as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Us-Motor Brand 141450031 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Usa-Industries such as 7796150A equipment made by Usa-Industries have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Usa-Industries products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Usa-Industries" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5104271021 made by Warner as well as the popular 40523018 original spares produced by Warner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 930MDSNE by Winsmith and 7796150A spares by Usa-Industries are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5351631001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Warner. |
