COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tolomatic 1825-0003 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Total-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trio-Motion-Technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toshiba product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Total-Control such as the QPJD100L2P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Axis manufactured by Trio-Motion-Technology and we are pleased to be able to service most Trio-Motion-Technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2N3A2315D by Manufacturer Toshiba as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand BC5S185AP4X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trueflo such as DAP equipment made by Trueflo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trueflo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trueflo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 90WB8011AA made by Triangle as well as the popular BC2298952 original spares produced by Tol-o-matic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 11001273185V001 by Tr-Electronic and DAP spares by Trueflo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PU024U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triconex. |
