COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tolomatic 0733-0424 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tsubaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Uniline product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsubaki such as the RS801RPU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 941CDBS062X0DN manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B2238MQ56 by Manufacturer Uniline as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has U.-S.-Motors Brand F718W10W259R154F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Watt-Drive such as War63N4 equipment made by Watt-Drive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Watt-Drive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Watt-Drive" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 30398803 made by Universal-Instruments as well as the popular 6145T6 original spares produced by Us-Motor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 930MWN10LR100B5 by Winsmith and War63N4 spares by Watt-Drive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ED16M1R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki. |
