COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tol-o-matic MSP40S parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Trio-Motion-Technology product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the NI40CP80FZ3X2B3131 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LT30EQ21LI0X3H1141 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 16IO by Manufacturer Trio-Motion-Technology as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Totalcomp Brand CSP1B10100K30S5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tr-Electronic such as 31200369 equipment made by Tr-Electronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tr-Electronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tr-Electronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CB10012402 made by Tracor-Westronics as well as the popular UT655D original spares produced by Toyo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BA75AFWTA22MF by Toyota and 31200369 spares by Tr-Electronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P28001166 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trio-Motion-Technology. |
