COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tol-o-matic IM#70938 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Torque-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Triconex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Torque-Systems such as the BMR4045DSP00CSB015 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Li200P0Q25LM0LiU5X3H1151 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PU012U by Manufacturer Triconex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Traid Brand TR302F08 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toyota such as BA75AFWTA22MF equipment made by Toyota have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyota products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyota" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EV200109 made by Triac as well as the popular NI60K90SRVP4X2W original spares produced by Turck Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AE100MUNI by Tr-Electronic and BA75AFWTA22MF spares by Toyota are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 86931 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trumpf. |
