COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tol-o-matic BCES100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the 0052SDSR41A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Bi25G7SRFZ3X2B1131 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS400R5052UPN8XH1141 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand Bi25G7SRFZ3X2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tox-Pressotechnik such as EPMK2530250 equipment made by Tox-Pressotechnik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tox-Pressotechnik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tox-Pressotechnik" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LaserCircuitBoard made by Trumpf as well as the popular 36390U original spares produced by Triconex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AVFFD21 by Topworx and EPMK2530250 spares by Tox-Pressotechnik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDT97B2A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Totoku. |
