COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tol-o-matic BC2#73200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Traub parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toyoda product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the NI2G08A7X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LCD120163 manufactured by Traub and we are pleased to be able to service most Traub systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 20BM090BXDTO by Manufacturer Toyoda as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Trans-tek Brand 0605S422111 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tox-Pressotechnik-Sieb--Meyer such as 0610520KF124243B equipment made by Tox-Pressotechnik-Sieb--Meyer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tox-Pressotechnik-Sieb--Meyer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tox-Pressotechnik-Sieb--Meyer" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PU004U made by Triconex as well as the popular P3010027 original spares produced by Trio-Motion-Technology Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Li200P0Q25LM0LiU5X3H1151 by Turck and 0610520KF124243B spares by Tox-Pressotechnik-Sieb--Meyer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
