COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tol-o-matic B3S10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Trumpf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Trueflow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turbotronik product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Trumpf such as the 31603507m spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TNP1518 manufactured by Trueflow and we are pleased to be able to service most Trueflow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LEYBOLD by Manufacturer Turbotronik as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Trio-Motion-Technology Brand P28001188 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trumpf such as 1856987 equipment made by Trumpf have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trumpf products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trumpf" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P752VDK048A made by Total-Control as well as the popular LPU15K original spares produced by Transducer-Techniques Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SR9INCI by Toshiba and 1856987 spares by Trumpf are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AT1050 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ts-Engineering. |
