COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tol-o-matic B3B15BWN10SK39SDTR parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Torque-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tri-clover parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tox-Pressotechnik-Sieb--Meyer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Torque-Systems such as the BMR4045HTB000000AD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 741TR10M29S2316L374 manufactured by Tri-clover and we are pleased to be able to service most Tri-clover systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0610520KF124243B by Manufacturer Tox-Pressotechnik-Sieb--Meyer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Triangle Brand 90WB8009AS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsc such as 210MV equipment made by Tsc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TPMK4D made by Totalcomp as well as the popular CVSF0383FJA0130L00100A original spares produced by Trane Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 22TX1502R3SXX by Triac and 210MV spares by Tsc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original S0T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toyo. |
