COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tol-o-matic 5100739 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tong-Il parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tol-o-matic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toyo such as the ETH14L10550 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TASU manufactured by Tong-Il and we are pleased to be able to service most Tong-Il systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature bcs15bn05sk8lmiflxy by Manufacturer Tol-o-matic as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand 85820782K12000030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Transonic-Systems such as H9XLD78 equipment made by Transonic-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Transonic-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Transonic-Systems" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PC160GI14A1MARXB1151 made by Turck as well as the popular 983675 original spares produced by Trumpf Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CYL061763 by Trd-Manufacturing,-Inc. and H9XLD78 spares by Transonic-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
