COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tol-o-matic 5100739 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tr-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Turck product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tr-Electronics such as the 31201261 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CSFX36CC3 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Ni60K90SRVN4X2 by Manufacturer Turck as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Trumpf Brand TASC500 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Triconex such as PU026U equipment made by Triconex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triconex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triconex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M132363 made by Tucker as well as the popular 3700 original spares produced by Triconex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BS3144433 by Tol-o-matic and PU026U spares by Triconex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0052SDSR41A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
