COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tol-o-matic 34100733#138216 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Triconex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turbines parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Total-Control product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Triconex such as the MP3101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the F110P manufactured by Turbines and we are pleased to be able to service most Turbines systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature QPI31200C2PA by Manufacturer Total-Control as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand BL20EGWDP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tulip-Electronics such as Tulip equipment made by Tulip-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tulip-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tulip-Electronics" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DXPE419NEB made by Topworx as well as the popular CEV65M10524 original spares produced by Trelectronic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HT23 by Tol-o-matic and Tulip spares by Tulip-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 31200369 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tr-Electronic. |
