COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tol-o-matic 34100733#138216 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tr-Elecronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tol-o-matic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Triconex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tr-Elecronics such as the CEV65M01460 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MXP50S manufactured by Tol-o-matic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tol-o-matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3625 by Manufacturer Triconex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Turck Brand FLDPI0M840001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tr-Electronic such as CEV65M1765 equipment made by Tr-Electronic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tr-Electronic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tr-Electronic" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CSB4000CL10A made by Toshiba as well as the popular BB10EULM20N30 original spares produced by Toshiba Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WSA by Trabon and CEV65M1765 spares by Tr-Electronic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TD390 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Transducer-Direct. |
