COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tokyo EC81-000017-11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Yaskawa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the 30SB1BFY118 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the USCFW100073S2024ESZ manufactured by Weg and we are pleased to be able to service most Weg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CACRHR05BAB11 by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Weg Brand CFW700E142T4NBN1C3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trutorq such as TSR8F05MEK008B801 equipment made by Trutorq have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trutorq products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trutorq" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KM5M5840036 made by Yamaha as well as the popular TR16062GT4CN1STR0DLF00A30C0 original spares produced by Trane Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VT130G2160BOVT130G2160B0 by Toshiba and TSR8F05MEK008B801 spares by Trutorq are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMR11WSP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
