COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Triconex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tolomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tsubaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Triconex such as the MP3008 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BCS10 manufactured by Tolomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tolomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H45EAB4T2965C1W213 by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Triconex Brand 36374U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Torqmax such as 11151216 equipment made by Torqmax have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Torqmax products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Torqmax" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available P278588 made by Totaline as well as the popular FX70M00003 original spares produced by Tr-Electronic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BA75AFWTA22MF by Toyota and 11151216 spares by Torqmax are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PU024U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triconex.
