COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Toho PB-400F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Trutzschler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Triconex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tolomatic product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Trutzschler such as the MZE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PU019U manufactured by Triconex and we are pleased to be able to service most Triconex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BC210SK10000 by Manufacturer Tolomatic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Triconex Brand 2750 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tri-clover such as 76110M19S1 equipment made by Tri-clover have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tri-clover products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tri-clover" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available FSA made by Tsi-Inc. as well as the popular LPU15K original spares produced by Transducer-Techniques

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8655165 by Trillium and 76110M19S1 spares by Tri-clover are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TCS150 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Total-Control.
