COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Timken products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vickers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 U.-S.-Motors product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Timken such as the HM516414B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 919191 manufactured by Vickers and we are pleased to be able to service most Vickers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F718W10W259R154F by Manufacturer U.-S.-Motors as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Viking Brand 2475006999 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Whitney such as 1001Riv equipment made by Whitney have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Whitney products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Whitney" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 913MWT made by Winsmith as well as the popular BE7878 original spares produced by Tsubaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WH132C11SP6685 by Tsubaki and 1001Riv spares by Whitney are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RS80NP1U Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki.
