COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Timken 7224WN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Total-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tol-O-Matic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Toyoda product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Total-Control such as the 098001101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SLS10 manufactured by Tol-O-Matic and we are pleased to be able to service most Tol-O-Matic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC1KU150V by Manufacturer Toyoda as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tocco Brand D212962 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Traub such as TZ12A equipment made by Traub have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Traub products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Traub" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CS3150 made by Toshiba as well as the popular 20BM090BXDTO original spares produced by Toyoda

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BC2184044 by Tol-o-matic and TZ12A spares by Traub are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDT97B2A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Totoku.
