COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Timken 42587D-3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Toronto-Gear products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tsubaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Toronto-Gear such as the P405M25JA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 926CDSR manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RS12B by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tsubaki Brand 40PC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Waldron such as 148620 equipment made by Waldron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Waldron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Waldron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available B3Body made by Westinghouse as well as the popular OTN2505S1B33X160 original spares produced by Us-Motor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BG1160P8M40 by Tsubaki and 148620 spares by Waldron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 926MDNS22000EK Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith.
