COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Timken 42587D-3 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Gearmotors products, including obsoleted and phased-out U.s.-Seal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Torrington product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Gearmotors such as the OTN26D5AS1B53GMT184TS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS100V manufactured by U.s.-Seal and we are pleased to be able to service most U.s.-Seal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C2 by Manufacturer Torrington as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Toyo Brand BK209B02MAKAK1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner such as 9200170002 equipment made by Warner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4022 made by Von-Ruden as well as the popular GMP original spares produced by Us-Electric

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BG1280P8M40 by Tsubaki and 9200170002 spares by Warner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A7113X0G3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Winsmith.
