COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Timken 3878 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tri-clover products, including obsoleted and phased-out Von-Ruden parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tsubaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tri-clover such as the RK761 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 31310 manufactured by Von-Ruden and we are pleased to be able to service most Von-Ruden systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BG944P8M40 by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Timken Brand 67720 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Versa such as VGG4732CFD12A120 equipment made by Versa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Versa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Versa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CBN2303SB345U140 made by Us-Motor as well as the popular BG1160P8M40 original spares produced by Tsubaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RF2080S by Tsubaki and VGG4732CFD12A120 spares by Versa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RS12B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki.
