COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Timken 3187 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Us/emerson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tsubaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner such as the 5370270030 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 102807 manufactured by Us/emerson and we are pleased to be able to service most Us/emerson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RS80 by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Warner Brand 5151170001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tsubaki such as P202X352 equipment made by Tsubaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tsubaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tsubaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 105533E11 made by Us-Motor as well as the popular 5301101006 original spares produced by Warner

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RB97018332 by U.-S.-Electrical-Motors and P202X352 spares by Tsubaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 32DR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westinghouse.
