COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Timken 2MM9313WI parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Electra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Carson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Renold product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Electra such as the 30M30RF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 34EP0401194 manufactured by Carson and we are pleased to be able to service most Carson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 40SSRB by Manufacturer Renold as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dayton Brand 3GD59 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Vogel such as 463395002 equipment made by Vogel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vogel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vogel" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 40Q40L14 made by Dodge as well as the popular 325q140l60 original spares produced by Morse Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 34BSM232 by Industrial and 463395002 spares by Vogel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 405A1CR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Falk. |
