COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Timken 2MM9124WICRSUM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Tolomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Timotion product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Tolomatic such as the BC210SK10000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ETH14L10550MX40A77 manufactured by Toyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TBB6 by Manufacturer Timotion as well.

Spare units by Trio-Motion-Technology such as P181 equipment made by Trio-Motion-Technology have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PU022U made by Triconex as well as the popular TGMX2 original spares produced by Tokyo

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BC420 by Tolomatic and P181 spares by Trio-Motion-Technology are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC3JDCPU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toyopuc.
