COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Timken 27SF44 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Warner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vdo-yazaki-Shaft-(-Wheeler-Bros-) parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Unimec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner such as the 5300541001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9999113290 manufactured by Vdo-yazaki-Shaft-(-Wheeler-Bros-) and we are pleased to be able to service most Vdo-yazaki-Shaft-(-Wheeler-Bros-) systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 11987337 by Manufacturer Unimec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Winsmith Brand 924MDSI in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trp such as C2080H equipment made by Trp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trp" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 913MDT made by Winsmith as well as the popular 985Lx2W original spares produced by Videojet

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1203SA by W.c.-Branham and C2080H spares by Trp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RS160 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tsubaki.
