COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Tigear MR94761L1 Q LD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Welch products, including obsoleted and phased-out Von-Ruden parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Tsubaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Welch such as the 412510 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10967 manufactured by Von-Ruden and we are pleased to be able to service most Von-Ruden systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RS60RIV by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Versa Brand VGC4732CFD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Warner such as 40523018 equipment made by Warner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warner" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 07330424 made by Tolomatic as well as the popular MPC15190 original spares produced by Warner Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 48264901 by Universal-Instruments and 40523018 spares by Warner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D100990 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Westech-Heavy-Machinery-Div. |
